4. System requirements
The hardware requirements for the VoiceNib system depend essentially on how many simultaneous recorded calls are supported on the VoiceNib license, whether all VoiceNib modules will work on a single server or various ones, and the presence of other applications that can load the servers.
The minimum recommended hardware requirements are as follows:
- Processor: Intel Core I5 or more productive.
- RAM: 8 GB.
- Hard drive: VoiceNib takes about 220 MB. For recorded phone calls, we recommend using a hard disk with a capacity not lower than 500 GB.
The VoiceNib system runs under the following operating systems: Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, 8.1, 8, Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2.
The following software is required to work the VoiceNib system:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher. The VoiceNib installation package includes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express Edition.
- .Net Framework 4.5.2 or higher. If the Framework is absent on the server during the installation and the server has access to Internet, the VoiceNib installation downloads and installs the Framework automatically.
- Internet Information Services (IIS) version 8 or higher.
