SoftPI is pleased to announce the release of a new development of the Rozmovy system. Rozmovy is a speech analytics system that allows you to find and analyze information contained in various audio files, an example of which can be records of telephone conversations.
Rozmovy provide:
- speech Recognition;
- identification of certain phrases and words in speech;
- evaluation of the Call Center agents' work;
- generation of reports;
- support for recording calls from smartphones;
- VoIP call recording.
